A Dreamer's Wisdom

There comes a time when we must make

A choice to choose or give and take

To take and take and not to give

Is a sad way you can live

Choose your words and you make sure

It is a choice you regret no more

When you cast them upon the air

Be sure they are what you want out there

Take your time and think it through

Be sure your choices are for you

Listen to your inner voice

Don't follow through some other's choice

Take your heed and do beware

There are those who walk out there

Those who wish to see you fail

And do not want you to prevail

If You wish to live the life you dream

Then you must make a choice unseen

Decide your path and see it clear

Listen to your heart so dear

Give yourself the credit you deserve

Shed all fear and grow some nerve

Have the courage to persevere

Stop at nothing until you hear

The words you waited so long you know

They will direct you which way to go

Trust yourself and keep your vision

Do take care with every decision

Stop at nothing and you will see

All you've ever wanted to be

Take your time and do things right

Never move your dream out of sight

When you dream with all your heart

You give new life and make a start

It doesn't matter where you go

When you get there, you will know

Begin your journey, have no fears

You have it all now, no more tears

Listen to your inner voice

I cast a star into the sky

I hold your heart, I wonder why

I do not know, just where to go

Which way to turn, you want to know

The star it shines, ever so bright

Come with me now, hold me tight

It goes to show when you believe

Shine your light to me, I can receive

Take a bow and make it so

Take me anywhere you want to go

Fly so free and soar so high

The angels sing, so very right

The stars they twinkle, dancing now
